The Caritas Foundation Maintenance Assistance program provides residents of Caritas Communities a one-time financial assistance to help them maintain their property. Such help may include new paint, repair of damaged and broken skirting under the coach, tree trimming, weed abatement, window replacement and other needs as they arise. The award is based totally on need. The amount of funds are limited; therefore, The Caritas Foundation objectively provides the most assistance to the greatest number of residents in a format most beneficial to each resident. In 2017, The Caritas Foundation was able to help 14 households for a grand total of $27,178.36.
